Hi everyone....I just started trying to make a Psi/chi/ki ball yesterday and after doing a lot of other things....it seemed to drain my energy. Now...it's very hard to even feel the energy between my hands. The way I feel it..is like a magnetic energy that pushes my hands against each other, the closer they get. I just have the problem of seeing the psi ball, and actually "feeling it". I told my boyfriend about it yesterday, and he is amazing at it. He just started yesterday also, and he was able to see just a little of it, his hands also got to be very warm. Is this because he's a quick learner? Can you guys suggest me some ways to work at making/ feeling the psi/chi/ki energy more efficiently? Thanks. Smile

Hey one qeustion when you make a psi b which energy are you using energy from you or the universe ? if you do it to much it wil drain you .are you In calm mood do you visualize it ?next tiMe
when you feel ready to make a another one ask your bf if he can c anything and the feeling in your hands is a good feeling the more fun you have practising the better you wil gett and so

Sit in a comfortable position and relax, focus your energies inside. When you feel ready, hold out your hands in front of you about 6 inches apart, pretend there is an imaginary ball (“energy ball”) you are holding within that space.Start rolling your hands around the imaginary ball (“energy ball”) and start to feel an actual ball of energy within that space. Your hands should be a bit lower than your belly button, in front of your body, but not touching the body, in your energy field. You are essentially building up Chi (energy).
