My dream came true and I need help!

I had a dream and it came true and I need help!

Problem; since this dream I have a very hard time getting into meditation and when it doe's come it will only be there for maybe 10 seconds and gone. This has been like this for at least 2 months.

I also realize the end of the dream is good for me,
but what can I do to help rid myself of what I call someone trying to control me.

My Dream:
I was in a house (not mine) moving what looked to be a small cabinet (color was wedge wood blue) and was going right to left, I then new some one was coming down the stairs so I ran to the left and went into a walk in closet and hid behind some jackets. This guy came in and laid me down on the floor with my feet towards the door (I did not fight), I never seen his face. He then put a "Clear" bag over my face and then a "Clear" bag over entire body I was able to remove the bag over my face with my mouth. Next he put me into what looks like a department store and walks off. I then turn towards him to see a lady coming from the right and she looked at me as if scared (I felt like I was wrapped in white cotton/ linen). I then look out side the door were he is and a lady and a dog walks up to him (left going to the right) he was looking to the left) so this guy shots and kills the dog I think the lady runs off, then an other lady walks up to him wearing a black or dark blue polka dotted dress she sits down outside and he squats down with the gun to talk to her. I then run to get away and realize I could have gotten away and went out another door looking at my rest I could see cotton like stuff "strings" from my wrist and I walked off down a street and the turn right. Area looked to be a very nice business like shop like area.

So what can I do to help this problem out?
