Hi Again,

Another question really.

Is it possible to influence a person to think more positive again. I mean I can impress on my self positive thoughts but I have several friends who turn negative often, and go into the down-ward spiral, some not even wishing to leave it.

Is it possible to send them enough positivity to change this so they begin to think positive again. If so how?

I think that until people want to change that there really isn't anything you can do. No matter how much positive energy you send people they can just suck it up and stay negative. Just think how much extra energy it takes for you to stay positive just being around them. The best thing you can do is keep working on your positive feelings so they can't bring you down.

Yes, it is hard enough to keep positive attitude by yourself, usually i rather avoid them. There is no help for them, becouse they are pleased with their feelings and they dont want to change.
