Lately my body been trying out of body experiences I can feel parts of my arms lifting and the lots of vibrations but everytime I try to jump out I get sharp pains in my back I manage to move my arms out but can't move anything else I never really tryed out of body experiences it jus happens and if the vibrations get to strong I get burned(no marks shows)don't know why either has anyone have any idea what may be wrong?also I hear voices during it to.
Any idea what it might be ?

Well the first step should be to purify the area, to insure it is not an external force causing this. Second you should determine if the pain you are experiencing is mental (a suggestion from an outside source) or physical (energy directly stimulating your nerves).

I haven't heard of anything like this, but I am inclined to say it's a viral area. Your location is a wellspring of negative energy, though where it draws from or it's abundance is something you will have to discover on your own. However this is just a shot in the dark.

the pain usually is at my lower back but it's not medical or anything it's like
Shivers but it doesn't stop it's really uncomfortamble lol, what I do realise is right before I go in this state which last about a few minutes I hear something calling my name but it's not a bad prescense haha this is reaally confusing and new, when the vibrations get to strong that's when I feel like I got burnt usualy on left arm this makes me snap back which is good

i have sort of a similar experiance... I had been traveling around in a van with some other kids and a couple weeks prior i had been wanting to project but never really did, its kindof a wierd situation. but anyways we were parked and everyone was sleeping, i was laying in the front seat. and as i was laying there i became relaxed and what not, and then i started speaking to my spirit guide, it was kinda just like braught on. i didnt really plan on speaking with my guide but all of a sudden we were talking. and my guide was telling me that now i was ready, and i was to project tonight (a couple nights prior it was the same kind of experiance only i kinda wimped out and just brushed it off) So this time i just went along with it and said alright. well sure enough as i start to drift to sleep, a number of crazy experiances happened, it started off with the intense body vibrations that you get just as you leave your body (for me, i dont really feel limbs trying to come out or things like that, i dont even think about it really, i just suddenly, unexpectedly get the stong vibes and then i just gotta go with it) so after this happens, it happened a couple times this night, I hear a voice that seemed like it was right in my ear "Trever!" the voice said, I was like "holy shit!?" after that i seen one of my friends i hadnt seen for a very long time walking around outside of the van and came up to the window (this friend nowhere near my location) so im just like "what is going on?" and later all of a sudden i had jumped out of my seat and body in a kind of scurry, there was some kind of pressence in the front seat with me and the only thing going through my mind was that i knew, whatever it was i had to catch it (this was the extent of my thought process, it was like instinct) so i put my hands around like to cup it like a ball or something and just tried to like get it. It was like... it felt like it was just a mass of energy or something so i just got my hands around it and squoze, it was the strangest sensation i have ever been throught, My body felt so pure almost like i was an angel or something and all i knew was i had to get this thing, so i squoze and squoze and sure enough it was like i captured it inside of a crystal ball or something and instantly i threw it out the window as far as i could, and that was that, i was back in my body and back to dreaming... kind of, after that i had another crazy experiance, it was like all of a sudden i was in this big mansion sort of thing and i was walking around, there were alot of other people walking around as well and it kinda looked like alot of them didnt really know what was going on, they were just walking around aimlessly, everything in my vision was a little blurry and dim, and as i went down these stairs i sat in a chair at the bottom of the stairs and across from me was this man with all this baby stuff, he was just buried in it, and he looks over at me and he said " this stuff cost me 900 dollars!" and i was like wow thats alot of money to spend on something like that, after that he just made this chewing motion like he had his mouth full of food just eating and eating and then he looked straight into my eyes with this look as to get something across to me and make a point. and then it hit me, the way these things work are so extremely crazy it never ceases to blow my mind. and i realized (knowing me, food is probably the thing that most my money is wasted on, everytime i goto a gas station or supermarket, i always gotta get something, for some damn reason)So anyways its like they had to first get across the point that an unreasonable amount of money was spent on something so rediculous, hence the baby guy, and after that they just merely had to get me to realize that i was doing the same thing but with stupid junk food and whatnot, hence the crazy chewing stare. This was the most insane, eventful, crazy ass night i have ever had! so much went on it was unbelieveable and after all this had happened i had snapped back into my body and was conciously laying there, in the front seat again, back in my home, and while my eyes were closed i could clearly see a message coming out of the endless darkness of my eye lids, it was clear words just changing colors so vibrant and beautiful and they said something like "We will contact you any way we can, through radio, images, objects" there was a little bit more but i cant really remember the exact words, but it was very clear and very comforting, after that i finally just went to sleep... at last.

so yeah... glad to share this with you guys, feel free to tell me something, its sweet when people talk to you

oh yeah and i guess the only way this is similar is the voice right in my ear, so i know how you feel haha

Wowwww awesome experiences I think that my spirit guides been trying to connect to me cause i always hear someone call my ne right before obe happens but the reasons I don't want to leave is that I feel a evil prescence while it happens is it possible that they can take over your body while your out I'm gunna try tonight to see but I won't back out Smile

yeah i know what you mean about that evil pressence feeling... i never know if its just me or not and so when its questionable i dont really do it i just brush it off and sleep, you definately gotta be in the right mindset if you intend to project
