My angels keep sending me all kinds of messages, about waiting and keep faith alive, but what do you do if waiting and keeping the faith alive on this particular subject is destructive for my mental health and physical health? I mean is torturing myself good for my health?

| haha i feel you, i tend to have destuctive thoughts to, its accidental too, but the best thing to do is just forget and know everything will be fine no matter what, and you'll be fine, try not to dwell, a positive thought is like 100 times stronger than a negative thought, so if its happening just thing of the last time you and your friends hung out or something, change the subject to something positive |

Many, many years ago I took a Jose Silva Mind Control course. (you can get the paperback book for a few $$$, rather than spend big bucks on the course, as the course is identical to the book.
Today a word from the course keeps popping into my mind for some reason.
The word is CANCEL CANCEL. Yep, just repeat this word twice every time a negative thought comes into your mind. This is suppose to reprogram your mind. Just keep repeating this word over and over again until the negative thought goes away.
Also, there is a Water Glass Technique that I can share, if anyone is interested. Just let me know & I will dig up my old manual & post it here. It really does work, easy to do, others have used it. Keep in mind, I do not always get notice from this web site. But for some reason, just today I got 2 of them. Totally amazing. |

Your welcome. The paper back is real cheap and has LOADS of info that helps access the inner workings of the mind & ESP quicker than hours of meditation. Jose Silva was really ahead of his time. NLP is a spin off of his teachings.
The sad part, like anything else.....if you don't use it you loose it. lololol
The Glass Of Water Technique for problem solving, it MAY just help in contacting Angels or Higher Self. IT REALLY DOES WORK!
I finally found the manual, so here it is.
Whenever you are ready to go to sleep, select any problem you would like to solve; then get a glass and fill it with water.
Sit at the edge of the bed with feet firmly on the ground, back straight, head forward. While you are drinking approximately half of the water, close your eyes, turn them slightly upward, and mentally say to yourself, "This is all I need to do to find the solution to the problem I have in mind."
You will then put the remaining half glass of water (near your bed), so that you may drink it first thing in the morning; after this, you will go to bed and go to sleep.
The first thing in the morning, BEFORE YOU RISE AND GO TO BATHROOM, BEFORE YOU OPEN YOUR EYES OR BEFORE YOU ARE FULLY AWAKE, sit in the same position as last night. Drink the remaining half glass of water, closing your eyes, turning them slightly upward and mentally saying to yourself, "This is all I need to do to find the solution to the problem that I have in mind. And this is so."
You will enter the self hypnosis state automatically as you turn your eyes slightly upward while drinking the water.
The results of this programming are that you may awaken during the night or morning with a vivid recollection of a dream that contains information that you can use for solving your problem, or during the day you may have a flash of insight that contains information which you can use for solving your problem.
I tried this 17 yrs. ago to meet my higher self and I did. It took me 3 nights of trying. Others had quicker results.
