Hi, I am having trouble with everything spiritual, so a friend recommended that I investigate my own self. How do I do this? Things like meditation do not work for me, so any suggestions would be welcome.

This is a process everyone goes through. One can never truly "find oneself" they can only discover what they have not before. Meditation is the only way.
