I didn't know the best place to post this, if this is the wrong forum please move it to where ever the right place is
Question: how long do you stay in alpha state?
i've been wondering, after reaching Alpha state, how long do you remain in Alpha?
say i want to do a magic ritual, i enter alpha state, and then start to perform the ritual, would i still be in alpha? or as soon as i started the ritual would i jump out of alpha state?
i hope i'm making sense
