Hi all.. I would like to know what the difference is between chi and gong? I have read somewhere that they are both forms of energy, but gong can be replenished and is not as easily depleted..

Does anyone know more about them.

I've only heard of gong being used with chi or qi. Chi and qi are the same reference to universal energy, while gong (or kung) is a reference to usage of the energy. qi gong or chi kung both mean energy work.

The difference between chi or qi (from what I read long ago) is just a language interpretation of the same basic concept.
