I have a weird experience when using this crystal and wondering if anyone can help me with it. I bought a tibetan quartz from a site i really love and i havent really been using it or anything. but the other night i was kind of tired but wanted to just lay in bed a while before i went to sleep so i set it on my forehead right in the middle and kind of half fell asleep. idk. when i woke up i realized i should go to bed so i took it off and when i got up a little it was really weird. like, in movies when they make things "invisible" it looks like something clear is there. i kind of had that going on. i looked around my dark room a little and saw random spots like that. not sure what was with that. iv never had that happen before and it was really werid to see lol. so just seeing if anyone knows what happened or i just am crazy lol. also if anyone has any more info on these types of crystals. thank you

I have not experienced this, but Tibetan Quartz gives off a great vibration.
I shall try this over the next couple 'o days.

Do you have sleep apnea? What about experience with lucid dreaming and waking states?

i dont have sleep apnea. this is just the first time it ever happened.
