And how to Willfully have them ?

Yes, I see these lights swirling around me at night and I get so scared! I wish I could just see what it is without fearing it. They just zoom by really fast. If I concentrate I feel like I will see it turn into something. So how do you willfully have a mystical experience? And what do you think the lights are? My guides? Or spirits looking for help?

those lights you see at night are the wall of the unknown, when you see those lights you fall asleep and are totally unconscious. lights out.
you can push back the wall of the unknown by day dreaming, your third eye is open. everybody is constantly in communication with everyone else, even when we sleep our bodies are talking to each other, and are having a non-verbal negotiation. you can use that moment as a key for developing phychic awareness, but dont try to hard to visualise a senario, just calmly think and hold the thought. dont forget we are only another species of animal, albiet creative animals.

sometimes when im quietly thinking i start to like give myself counceling, explaining things to myself and answering back, i start to hear noises of people banging downstairs or next door, people seem to be reacting to my thoughts, birds tweet and sing, dogs bark, people drop things, even a picture frame fell off the wall, well it seemed to jump off the wall and it smashed.
ive noticed that there is different kinds of talking to yourself, they must be the different frequencies of communication
projecting, receiving, sharing plans and ideas and so on.

I have seen these colored swirling and expanding/contracting lights around me all of my life, and I thought it was my aura, my own energy field doing the cosmic dance. Could our own cosmic egg be the wall of the unknown, because it can be unknown what personally lies beyond us? How do you suggest working with this energy? I have also had visions all of my life, can see and know things.

I usually have them before I read someone or when I'm not doing anything. I see something swoosh by on my right side when I'm looking to my left. I see a conversation in my head when I'm reading someone, usually because my spirits are giving me more information about this person.

Since born, I`ve had a life surrounded by magick (magic at first...) and psi--my dad has always told me he can do incredible feats , such as crossing walls (i`ve never seen him done anything like that.though.) and his a very sincere and fatihful man. Now that i`m studying psi/kinetic/magick xD i seem to understand more and I`ve noticed that he can read my mind! not just intuition..he CAN read it..i`m empathic and have healed and sensed other people`s feelings and have also control over some elements such as the waves at the sea or i can talk to wind...but now i really wanna get pyrokinesis (any tips please PM me)
...my grandma, a very respectful woman, was the first one to teach me how to meditate and she seems to have a connection with angels and aliens (her house is full of images of these)...one of my grandpa`s brother has seen devils and ghosts, even talked to them...a friend from school has told me really scary stories about ghosts, talking dolls, vissions, monsters at his house..
