| Well for one don't waste too much effort of pyrokinesis, the farthest you'll get with that is moving a small flame. Not really what its all hyped up to be. And for basics start with the spirit or psi ball. Learn to feel your energy to warm up, say, move energy from one hand to the other slowly, back and forth. Then bring them together at like most of a foot apart and imagine a ball in your hands, specifically the feel. Then just focus on making it more concentrated or what have you. From there the more advanced practices come with mastering the basics. Trust yourself, you have all the keys you need. |

| Anytime. Certain chanting or hums also help some people but it's all really up to you. Is there any work spiritually you'd specifically wish to learn about? |
