I want to use sexual transmutation as a way to boost my mind power / manifestation abilities. I've looked around (still looking actually) for information on it, but the information I've found hasn't gone into much detail (or as much detail as I'd like).

So, I was hoping that someone here experienced with this topic would give me some pointers on how to do this (sexual transmutation), how effective it is, etc.

Also, any links or books you can recommend would be greatly appreciated.

I hope I spelled this right...when you pull the mul band lock in kundalini yoga this allows you to send the energy back up to the third eye. Yogatech has some good books on it.

You can turn sexual energy into psychic energy by the practice of celibacy (not just refraining from sex but also no masturbation or even thinking of sex). This allows you to store large amounts of energy. Some do this with while also meditating on their own death. Practice of chod I think it's called.

So in taoist terms you'd be storing Jing into Chi and then into shen (hope I got that right).
