hi there,
I wonder if anyone could provide me with some insight for such a device, e.g. how to build one and maybe how to build a scalar wave detector.
if you, dear reader, have no idea what i´m talking about, then you should look up Dr. Priore and his findings.
so if anyone can help me out with this i´d be really glad - my time is running very short

I am concerned your time is running short?
One thing you should consider is that an ordinary diode laser pointer produces scalar waves upon the beam contacting any nonoptically PERFECT surface.
Read Tom Bearden's ideas.
A way to produce scalar waves is via a SHARP PULSE. The pulse can be in any form: electrical, mechanical, magnetic, photonic ..... The more rapidly the PULSE is repeated the greater the influx of scalar waves from the ZPEF to our Space-Time.
In the case of an optical laser, when you reach the NANOSECOND range with your ON/OFF/ON?OFF of the laser beam you begin to see DRAMATIC INTRACELLULAR biological HEALING effects at increased rates!!!
There is a project measuring the speed of light with a naosecond pulsed red laser pointer....that outlines a simple avalanche transister PULSE generator that can be used to pulse a red diode laser at nanosecond range. Google for that project......build it ......and use the PULSED laser for HEALING.
