I have an interest in Astral Projection. In particular, to learn how to heal while in the astral state, as my wife and children have medical problems I would love to eliminate.

I would use herbs or herbal combinations if that would help but, my job has regular drug test and I do not want to jeopardize my position at work. I have tried affirmations to no avail. Can someone who has already projected help me please?

If you have any suggestions I would appreciate them.

Hmmm, not sure why you want to try astral projection...is your wife and children a far distance from you?

Generally if your intune with your energies you could just use a hands on healing method, though which one is of course the question you'd have to realize for yourself, be it Reiki, light body, or massage.

Either that if you know anyone who does hands on healing they could probably teach you in a matter of minutes; if your intune.

Astral projection is generally an advanced principle, so if you can a bit more detail about your own experience/knowledge on energetics before one really could give you further advice.

Have you checked out any books on Astral projection? There are many of them that offer a lot of good advice.

Have you read Robert Monroe, or checked with the Monroe Institute. They offer something called "Hemi-Sync" which is recorded sounds that are designed to help you get into the astral state. It is a drug-free way of getting out-of-body, so you won't have to worry about your drug test at work. I've worked the tapes, and they are quite good -- although others report no results with them. But I think they're great. (No, I'm not an employee nor do I profit from this recommendation!)

Also, I am very dubious of herbal or supplements that offer OBE expereinces "in a pill" although I try to be open-minded.

Anyway, good luck. Anyone can astral project. It's a natural ability!

Astral projection takes time too learn for some people, good book on that is astral dynamics by robert bruce. healing can be done in different ways, you can use the "energys" of your body, just try focusing feeling accumulating in your hands and put an intent on it. some people are skilled enough too manifest things, easyist way i could give this is, quiet your mind, Focuse on one intent, and try too, visualize it happaning "imagine". if you cant imagine it, focuse on a thought of intent and put energy into that intent without loosing focus, if you do it dosnt matter but its better not to. do this for as long as you want, id say atleast 15 minutes a day. also if you want, you can put emotional energys into the mix, there are a wide range of emotion, so choos carfully, learn too increase and decrease your emotion. emotions are just high energy. for more on this id recommend the book "think and grow rich"
you may not see it at first, or for a long time, butthat book has great information. he who is ready to understand, will.

remember some illnesses are just the reson a soul came into the physical to experience. these are a little harder to heal.
