Hello: This is a procedure that was written up in Scientfic American in the recent past.
One can suture a cut WATER TIGHT closed using a green 532nm laser pointer and a small amount of Rose Bengal dye mixed in normal saline.
Clean the cut and dose it with saltwater (normal saline) . Then apply the Rose Begal dye. Next run the beam down point of a 532nm green pointer laser along the cut for several minutes.
The collegen from either side of the cut tissue will CROSSLINK with itself forming a water tight SEAL.
When the cut heals there will be NO SCAR or a VERY SLIGHT SCAR.
You know where to obtain a 532nm green pointer laser.
The Rose Bengal dye is available in packages of 100 sterile sticks from HUB Pharmaceuticals, LLC, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730 USA .
NDC 17238-910-11
ROSE GLO Rose Bengal Ophthalmic strips.
I obtained several boxes from a vender on Ebay. The cost was about $3.00/box of 100 sticks.
I have used this procedure several times on cuts and IT WORKS WELL.
