Hello there!I would like your advice to the following.Last month, after reading a book that taulks about energy seeing, I started seeing a white light around people.I tend to see it mostly when there is an open coloured background.At first I thought maybe my eyes had a problem but then I considered the possibility that I was seeing people's energy.Today, I saw something strange.I saw a girls' energy but it was more thick that everything I've ever seen before.That girl has a very strong personality.I wonder if it has to do with it.

A strong personality usually means they emit more energy, and have a stronger aura...good job on seeing them...did you have a question, or was this more of an observation?

I just wanted to be sure I am seeing the "correct" thing, that I do not have illusions.Sometimes I am afraid and pressing myself not to see but then I just cannot live without these sights anymore.Does anybody know how cai I see the colour of the aura?I thing I just see the first level which is just a white light.How can I see more?

Concentrate on visualization excersizes, out of body and astral excersizes, and manipulation of your own chakras...your perception of aura will change and evolve the more you do these things, and your next level will most likely be the ability to see which chakra is dominant at the time...and their aura will be that color...it becomes a lot harder, in explanation and execution, after that.

Here's another basic exercise you can do to practice discerning color in the auric fields:

Sit in front of a large mirror (like on a dresser/bureau) to get a good view of your head and shoulders, and the area around and above them. Make sure the lighting is low and the source not being reflected into the mirror. Stare at your own image while retaining a relaxed visual state (i.e. blink if you need, shift your eyes slightly, use your peripheral vision, etc.). You will begin to see the whitish etheric field (it will be brighter closer to your physical shell). If you can get a neutral background (i.e. set up a light beige, light grey or white sheet - tack it to the back wall or something - whatever, it can be useful when lbeginning to learn how to see the auric field...)

Set your vision slightly above the brighter auric shell - to where the bright white starts to fade slightly farther out, and look specifically just in the edge (between the faded whiter area and the darker blending above). Colors can be usually more easily perceived in this area (when beginning to learn) because it is here where the white being generated (all white light) starts to slow down slightly (wavelength) which causes color in the wavelengths to begin to show.

The most common (human) colors generally stay in the blue-green frequency. However emotion, thoughts and feelings can alter the color(s) that appear as well, such as presences, energy work, influences, state of health, personality, etc.
