I'd like to learn a bit more about soul retrieval - I feel that certain traumatic experiences in my past might have created such a rift in my spirit that an aspect of me was lost. Has anyone had any experiences with soul fragmentation and healing? How?

About a year ago.I did some soul retrieval sessions which helped me in boosting my spiritual growth.
This is what i did.

Enter meditative state,ask your higher self to assist you in the meditation.
Then silently begin calling all your negative emotions and thoughts and ask the energy to enter your heart.Visualize it happen.Your heart begins to accept all denied and fragmented aspects.Visualize all past and denied emotions coming into your heart.At this point,you may get a wave of sad and angry emotions surfacing,sometimes you will feel like crying and an attempt to block the emotions,just accept it,let your emotions flow,Just accept everything and allow it to happen.

After the acceptance,send love to everyone that has hurt you and try forgiving them.Send love to all the hurts and pain and everyone that has hurt you and forgive them.Ask God to praise and bless everyone in your life;past and present.

You can now come out of meditation.

It is not an instant cure.You need to do this everyday for at least three months for full integration of fragmented soul aspects.Some people report getting results before three months and some others after six months.Depends on how many split soul aspects are hanging out in the ether.

This is a very powerful exercise,it makes your spirit much stronger and increases your vibration tremendously.

You will be surprised on how much happier you have become and how much closer you have become with God.

a good method has been provided above. there are many and one i used everyday for a month about 2 years ago is this

relax,tell yourself you wish to retrieve all your soul fragments from time and space. imagine little versions of yourself joyously running towards you. welcome the other you's with open arms and allow them to merge with you. you will find that your other you's will slow to a trickle and won't rush again no matter how hard you try. this is an indication that you've integrated all you can for the time being. take a break for 24 hours.

the above may sound silly but you will find that it works incredibly. after a month you will be physically humming and vibrating with divine energy.
