This article provides pertinent information for dealing with mental and physical manipulation by dark entities. It tells you what you need to know and do, but how to do it is the personal responsibility of the individual.

Awareness is key here. If you are not aware of an issue you cannot work with it. Dark entity influence is quite pervasive in society. Be aware of your thoughts, emotions and attitudes. Do they creep in and you wonder why? Do you recognize them as yours or are they foreign to you. If you are not aware on a daily basis of what is going on in your life you could soon accept all thoughts as being yours. The dark can work in very subtle ways in the beginning and if you are unaware you will miss it completely. Your life will become more and more ‘fearful’ and ‘negative’ without your knowing. However, it will eventually become obvious to you and those around you.

Confidence is one of the most important components for success although all are necessary. Who are you? You are a spirit being/human personality with inherent god power to do whatever is necessary to make things happen, and permanently. Until that confidence and knowing is brought to the forefront the dark will more or less ignore you and instill more fear within the psyche.

Self responsibility is a must. There is a learning/remembering curve in anything new, but many simply do not want to put forth the energy and set aside the time to do it. They look for that magic pill from someone else and then it’s not in their personal knowledge base when needed.

Being the real you with the inherent power of the Absolute is an absolute requirement when dealing with the dark side. Fear of dark entities cannot be present if you want them out of your life, for they feed on that fear. The real you is fearless and they will honor your demands to leave. The god being that you really are is what they respect. If you don’t know who you are, they will brush you aside and continue with their agenda. When you know who you really are and can present yourself as such, you will have alleviated more than half the problem before you even begin.

Source connection and communication is of the utmost importance. Your teachers and spirit guides have taken on the responsibility to provide the help you request. You do not have to do it alone. However you must accept that help and be aware of the answers or ideas they give you, then take appropriate action. Shielding is also very important. It can prevent further mental/physical manipulation and influence by the dark which will hinder your success.

Meditation is the most effective method for most to obtain this connection and information. It’s not complicated. Just relax and place your intent in the universal matrix then let your mind wonder with that intent. Sooner or later you will lock onto a thought related to that intent. When that happens allow it to flow and hop on for the ride. When you do anything that takes you into the astral realm which includes meditation, tell your personal guide to prevent anyone except your Source from coming through.

Patience is an issue with many individuals. Most of us want it now. However this is a process that involves one’s entire life. Lack of this attribute affects everything we do, our job, family, etc. When dealing with dark energies the absence of patience will produce halfway measures that simply don’t work. The situation then goes to the back burner, the problem becomes more intense and can eventually get out of control.

Dealing with dark entities can be challenging at best without incorporating the above considerations. Both physical and mental manipulation by these entities is essentially the same and dealt with similarly. When utilizing the aforementioned material, customize it with your own thoughts, as this information is a general outline of what works, in my experience. Dealing with the dark can be summed up by the following statement:

“Everything is based on the knowing that you are a god being with inherent god power at your command, with complete confidence to take the appropriate action, then expecting it to happen.”

Lenred, very good article, as always.

But I have a question.

When you said "the real you", what is precisely the meaning of "the real you"?

The "real you" would be a person who is very happy and has developed his full potential? something like that?

Sometimes, when I try to resolve my problems, a lot of thought start to come in my head, these thought are very very weird, I mean, for example, I try to erase of my mind a girl, but, when I do all my best, these "weird" thought comes, like "she likes you", "you can give an another try", or even, worst like "she is with a person who doesnt love her", when I check these thought are rubbish, others similar thought comes... like a circle...

what I mean is, these thought are like manipulating me, by myself... some of these thought maybe can be true, but the mayority I know, they are lie... and in all cases are very painfull for me...

I give you ONE example, but, in general, happens to me in a LOT of problems...

So, my question is, this is how the "dark" works?

Do you know any good book to learn this kind of information?
