|
|
Hey, I read this in a book
Here's how you can utilize all parts of your brain (the left, the right, the midbrain, and the brainstem).
Simply remember a time when you achieved a similar desire, then keep modifying the memory until it fits into exactly what you want, with full desirability. Repeatly do this all the time.
The memory already utilizes all parts of the brain, and thus communicates everything to your unconscious and conscious in harmony. |

Sounds good.
Have you ever tried writing with the hand that you don't usually write with or another act to a similar effect?

No, but it sounds like a good idea. The right hand uses the left brain and the left uses the right brain, right? |

No, left. Ha ha.
Yeah you're right, our brains work on a dual aspect cross-over system.
There is infact, in the frontal lobes, a part of the brain that is similar to a hole where information crosses over which some scientists say keeps the mind and body in a constant state of complimentary conflict. Much like the Yin Yang.
It's easy to work them equally, if you believe it is, if you actively believe it.
What I mean is that before I started to write with my previously non-writing hand I had difficulty operating it, while doing other things too.
Then one day I decided that I knew I was able to write with it and just did it and it worked as well as my writing hand.
Sure, after that a few programmes crept in that said I shouldn't be able to, but I kept going back to just knowing that I can do it, like I do every time I write with my writing hand, and it worked again.
Now I just don't think about not being able to write with that hand, I simply forget everything about not being able to write with it and I remember that I am fully able to write with it, so I can and I do.
Choose your programmes. Erase/forget the useless ones.
That's what it's about.

I allway found that the key to using the left side of my body was to think of it as a reflection of the skills i've learned with my right.
I skateboard with the wrong foot sometimes, I'm a cook by trade and sometimes will cut with my chef knife with left hand
... sometimes when I pause (space-out) to think I find myself looking down-left... I've programmed myself to scan for suttleness without awareness... and I'll notice which direction I'm looking and I'll reverse it (e.i. down-right) And find I instintly change the derection/coarse of though and feel generally different. |
