I really need to know real ways instead of all those fake ways all posted all over the internet plz tell me easy ways ; begginer ways

also any other information bout this stuff plz post it and if u have any other ways like fast increase in ur abilities or unleashing ur abilities cause usually ppls powers unleash when their 12 or 13 thats the usual age when they come cause ur frontal lobe in ur brain is developing also u tend to forget things

I cant really say Ill be able to take you seriously. You dont need to learn anything. Those "fake ways" posted all over the internet are not all fake. You're obviously too impatient and are merely attempting to learn metaphysics so you can go around bragging about it. People spend years developing and polishing abilities. These aren't nifty little tricks to impress your friends. As far as the 12-13 unleashing, thats not really the case. Sometimes due to dramatic changes in the body, random boughts of "abilities" resurface for a little. This is pretty rare though.

As far as the frontal lobes go

i found some ways that r pretty true i no they are not all fake and im not impatient accually im pretty patient at times thats all and sometimes thats usually the age but like u said rarely and some abilities are controlled by emotion and I no there not little nifty tricks to impress friends they can be dangerous in ways well lot of ways i dont even know of yet Confused

It is difficult being an adolescent. I remember well. I once learned that's due to the whole brain synapes and struture being rearranged on you, you can not find what you previously accessed in your brain, and takes you a while to find where it's been relocated to. Being a teenager sure was frustrating...

Read, mediatate, be open minded but not gullible, and be ethical. Above all study.

Hey Inuyasha, I feel like I know you...Also, you seem to be really impatient ( though you say the opposite). And For GodÂ´s sake stop quoting each other and please Inuyasha place punctuation marks, by the way you wrote all this it gave me the impression that you are speaking really quickly and in such a hurry.
PLease just be patient while astral projection, meditate before you try one. Meditate for long time, until you feel comfortable with yourself and with your soul. YouÂ´ll get such a pleasant feeling....

Exactly what everyone else is saying!
Unless you expect to spontaneously project.

Unless a person is a spontaneous ap'r they will have to be very patient in trying to achieve ap.

It is like opening a door that has been locked shut for years. It is rusty or just plain used to being closed.

But the wonder of it is that once it opens, it never shuts. So, be ready for that. It has bad as well as good points about it.

ive tryied without much success tho one of my friends had apperentally been in 2 places at once and not known it till someone mentioned it
