I know what you mean. Cooties? Are you serious seniors and juniors at your high school are still doing that? That is pretty sad. It does sound like a karma thing if you want my opinion. Well, Gruss Dich for now.

Meditation is not that difficult. There`s Active Meditation and Passive Meditation. With the Active one you use your mind to change your reallity, get health and peace, etc. In contrast, the Passive one calms your mind and soul.
Active Meditation:
Start by sitting comfortably down. Play some calm music and burn some incense if possible, this will help you relax. Close your eyes and take in three deep breaths. Relax -step by step- each muscle. Tell to yourslef that you are now relaxed and that nothing can disturb you. This will introduce you to a deep meditative state. When you are in this state just think of something you want to happen. Let`s say you want to get a job. Start describing this job: where; the salary; working hours; stuff like that. Describe it the best way you can. Next, visualize it as if it were just happening, also the best way you can. Finally pray to God/Goddess/Energy/Higher Self/Universe: ask Him/Her/It to make this visualization real and help you realize it. Also give thanks. Then visualize the place around you (where you are meditating), take 3 deep breaths and slowly move your muscles and open your eyes.
Passive Meditation:
The same process, just without the visualization steps.
And I do have a question Mage, what is Gruss Dich? Something like gotta go in german? |

Gruss Dich means, in German, good bye, but it is from Southern Gremany, where they are very religious. Here is one that is really fun to say over and over to yourself, until you get bored.

That one above is from Northern Germany. Any other questions? Or requests for translations? I love being German...I accidently started speaking in German, because I am so used to the two I mix them together, and she had NO IDEA what I was saying. It was quite funny because I went on for a minute and she had to yell at me to get me to speak English again.
