Meaning - if I want to meditate for extended periods of time or go into theta; do I need to worry about supplementing such as protein, vitamin D, 5-HTP, etc.?
I'm wondering if anyone has really tested how much you can do and at what threshold you start running into neuropathy or brain damage, if you have a full free day and nothing to do how long you can go, how often you'd need a break and how long those breaks would last.
Also, even if none of the above apply, have you found any supplements that just help add to meditative quality? Lol, is there any kind of NO Xplode or Arnge Krush for this kind of thing if I want to go meathead with it?
Thx |

I don't know the answer to your questions, but I can tell you what I do know regarding them.
Personally, I never heard a single thing about supplementation after alpha work. I have heard many recommendations about using BWE for an hour per day at most - it was never specified why exactly, apart from unspecified brain damage.
I often use BWE for 12 or more hours, though I'm the first to recommend against this. If I die, no biggie, but I won't recommend that others put their lives in danger.
The main side effect I noticed is extreme and sudden onset tiredness. A good supplement I found for this is wheatgrass powder. I also recommend a good quality multivit to anyone that'll listen |
