hi guys i just read ted andrews vbook on how to meet spirit and guides well i came accross middle pillar exercise it only talks about 5 chakras but in kundalini they are seven chakra well i gone through it this book also describe how to meet the spirit guide well do the middle pillar execise is same as kundalini and is it good to ignore other two chakras and how much time would it take to meet the spirit guide through this exercercise thank you

The Kundalini and the Middle Pillar Practice are different. Although a useful practice it will not awaken the Kundalini. This is a supplementary practice.
