| hi guys i have gone through the book of ted andrews and it demostrated the techniques to meet spirit guides in one of technique called middle pillar exercise it demostrated to enhance the aura i now begin to have flashes in my visulization to have white aura around me well it tells as your aura grows more we are open to our spirit guides so i have little confusion is middle pillar is similar to kundalini because in middle pillar we use five chakras of body while in kundalini 7 chakras |
