I influenced the sound in my head to become very loud, as it got louder i began to feel it in my head, it suddonly lifted above my head, as this was happening i did a slight visual on my body as to stimulate my energy, when this was done every inch of energy/feeling etc was lifted to the point above my head. For all possibly reasons I was above my head, i only heald it for a little while, then the energy re absorbed into my body. I am still experimenting with the inner sound, but would appreciate any comments on what this is. This was done sitting in a chair, after a bowl of bud. weed gave me a slight advantage as it puts me in a semi relaxed/meditative state.

although i see weed as a great tool for spiritual development when used properly, but the goal is still to rid ones self of any aid. I believe this state can be reached without it of corse, and kundalini release during this may contribute alot. i would appreciate comments on what this is.
