We can all purify our Nadis and achieve good health, long life and achieve levitation through constant practice of the Egyptian Pranayama which was practiced by the Pharaohs in Egypt.

The good health, long life and levitation they are speaking is NOT found here on earth but in Heaven. There are things we must do here and goals we must aquire to live a decent life to get there.

See the body is a material object. It is flesh. Flesh is only tissue. We can beautify it by making it seem more pure and/or more attractive OR we can make it unappealing and infect it with diseases. What makes the body react to things like fire, taste, feelings, or even defense is the spirit we all have.

When a person dies it is only the body that died that you see. The soul lives on forever. Now someone could have a 400 lb body with unkempt hair and even BO. If this person has reached out to help the needy, been kind to children and treated people the he or she expects to be treated themselve- guess what-His/her soul is the most beautiful thing ever to be seen.

Then there is a person who is perfectly fit. Has perfect propertions, hey even eats and drinks very healthy foods and may shower every day and use a good smelling cologne. If this person is a mean snot nose and keeps an unconcious mind his/her soul is the ugliest thing one will ever set their eyes on. Think about it--makes sense Wink
