| Nksagar is right, breath influences the energy greatly! , so you should study and pay attention to your breathing like a persistant mad man untill you uncover results. Breath completly in and completly out. on out breath, sah will take hair out of the top lungs, ha the middle and om the bottem. "if needed" |

Break your wall!
To break the wall that your mind made over the energy and spiritual reality, you have to go beyond your ordinary tolerance.
Sit in meditation, do not move, for 1 hour. When the legs hurt, don't move, when your mind wants to explode, don't move, go back to your mantra. When you itch everywhere, don't move or scratch. Actually, hitching will occur since new energies are going thru your body, even if you can't notice them, and they provoque your nervous endings to twitch, so the hitching.
After an hour, start to move your legs and pay great attention to the pain, instead of wishing it was not there. Be aware and conscious of every reaction you have. Embrace them, accept the torture and confrontation with yourself.
Break your wall 3 times like this, 3 days in a row. Then, if you still don't feel energy, it probably means you need a full week of this. |
