Here is a question from a beginner...

How can I be sure that what I think is communication with my spirit guide actually is just that and not just wishful thinking on my part? I am pretty sure I am, but every once in a while a bit of doubt creeps in there and I guess I am just looking for validation so I know I am not crazy! Smile

redvej....journal your communication or messages from your guide. This way you can go back and validate the messages. You will be surprised at how often you communicate and how valuable the info is. Your doubt is your ego denying what you hear. Good luck! Very Happy
