|
|
| I started exercises where I take a deep breath hold it in to the count of 15-20 then letting it out. I do this about 5 or more times in a row, then my hands get very warm. I get tingling sensations in my hands and feet. This morning it was strong tingling in feet and hands- not as warm, then I ended up in a lucid dream-astral travel. I was wondering if it is qi energy or what it is? |

| Look up, fire breath/bastrikas. its "fast pumpiing of the abdomine, while the rest of the body remains relaxed" be very carfull with the techniqe,as its powerfull. generally you will vibrate very much, then you can hold the breath in, it will centralize, then you breath it out! theirs more too it than that, experiment. life is in the air. |

| If it's not that I read about that when i was studying pyrokinesis and chakras that to activate or reawaken your hand chakra you can rub your hands together and you get that same feeling. So maybe some how your subconciously activating your hand chakra |

The warmth in the hands are caused by the dilatation of the capilar blood vessels in the hands, from focusing in channeling chi from the extremities. Thus, they become hot. As for the sensation that is felt beyond the possible area of natural heat, i believe it is the flow of chi itself, but is more of a unqualified sensation than heat itself.
This was just a thought on the matter. |
