Hello.
I was informed that I am a Empath and I was told that I have a past life and current connection to a individual and that I need to connect but we do not correspond every day-infact only once in awhile and it is never just the two of us.but I need to connect.I know that he has a intuitive connection as well.This is my first time posting here so I dont know what details to include.Any help would be great.
How do I go about doing this?

| Whatever makes you comfortable to do and we are all here to help you in anyway we can. In what way do you need to connect? I have found that everything has a time a place although we do not always like the timing it does have a reason. If you could explain better and are not comfortable doing so on the board pm anytime. |

DarkAndLight, if you feel like connecting to this person, then use your abilities: you are an empath. This mense you can sense others´feelings....Try to sense it. I know you will find a person with a different "frecuency" or "aura".
BTW AncestralBone...I didn´t know you were from Arizona, I am from Sonora, the state in Mexico just under Arizona  ..

My thoughts on the subject is... meditate everyday about bringing this person into your life. I'd say something like. "I will allow (such and such) to come into my life now.
If anyone can come up with something better post it.
If your wondering why meditation... well its simple whether you know it or not your thoughts control what comes to you and what doesn't. If you send out postive thoughts such as the meditation above you will get something positive in return. Though you have to believe it without any doubt, or it won't work because then your sending out to the universe yes I want this, wait no I don't, but yes I do... and the universe if you picture it as a person is out there scrathing there head going... asking themselves what in the world does this guy/girl want?!?!? lol. I hope everyone understands that I decided to be a little creative. :p
Oh just say the above meditation to yourself or out loud for 15 minutes try to only think that thought... I believe there is a good article on this website about meditation that you can download if you would like to learn about meditation. |

Thanks for all the advice
I have tried that and the connection is indeed stronger,my questin is should I tell him about this connection next time we talk or do you think he can already sense this?

| Then you should see if you two can make the time to talk. Even though it is a sensitve subject you feel like you need to talk to him about it. You really won't know how if he feels the connection or not until you both talk. |
