Can anyone please tell me how I can open my third eye or is it openalready. I meditate but so far I have not heard anything but I do see faces when closing my eyes. Meditation also releases me from pain. I also would like to be able to find out about past lives as I have an irrational fear of heights whichI think may be due to a past life

my advice relax and focus also dont try just do see fer youre self if its opem with past lives my thery is every intrest habit and such is a key to our lives like i love herbs--like what they sell at steins--guess i spent lots of time around them and thesedays i pay tribute to that life by havin an herb garden

u can open your 3rd eye , but closing your eyes and focussing your center on the spot in between your eyebrows , also called the ajna chakra ... and mentally repeat " Aum " . after a few weeks of reguallar practice , u will start to awaken your dormant mental faculties ..


but before doing this , send a silent prayer to the holy spirit to protect you @ all times ..
