The Planets have a grater influence whithin there day and hour.
Each planet rules the first hour after sunrise
on it's own day the succeding hours are ruled by the other planets
in the order Sun, Venus, Mercury, Moon, Saturn, Jupiter, Mars.
At sunset the progression is interputed and the first hour after
sunset is ruled by the planet fifth in order from the planet
that rules the day. The effect is that each planet rules the first and eighth
hours after sunrise and the third and tenth hours after sunset.
