| I think it will just leave. It will leave and you will notice: like a tingling sensation all over your body and you will start seeing outside your own physical body..At least that´s what Grandma said... xP |

| this ill sound crazy but i astrial pretty often and usially dont rember it like once someone thought they saw me at a school function that i never went to knew was astrial self various simalar things i usially dont try to astrial project just happen to if i could rember it would be nice but lac of memory i for a reason right? |

| I think i have achieved astral travel, but the only chance i have is when i dream, otherwise i don't know. I have tried for ages to get into a lucid dream straight from awake, but have never achieved, why? i do lots of meditation, i listen to relaxation music, i don't give up. Can anyone give me any tips how to get into a lucid dream just lying down, i can achieve the rest as lucid dream is the main source of all power. |

Don´t see through your eyelids, but through your third eye, which is usually in the forehead: SEE THROUGH THE EYES OF YOUR MIND AND YOUR SOUL.... |

| the other night was real strange...i was tryin to astral project...i culdnt see thru the 3rd eye but i felt as though my home body was rocking side to side like a cockroach stuck on his back...it was strange cuz in actuallity i wasnt moving..can sommeone plz explain that |

| well my advice is that you develop your body to travel around there are in fact 8 astral planes not normally visited. The more you travel towards the 8th plane the vibrations seem to intensify. normally people when they astral project or have an OBE they only reach the 1st realm which is the same as the physical realm only like a ghost realm you see the world as it is but go unnoticed. |

| now if someone could maybe answer my question some one who is alot more exsperienced in astral traveling. I get the feeling of leaving my body when i attempt to astral travel and can feel I leave my body only when i go to open my eyes I am still lying there...... does this mean i should try to develop my third eye more to see through it. If so then what is the felling can you tell that your looking through a third eye rather than just your left or right eye?! |

| with my eyes closed my body starts to feel like its vibrating strongly but its physically not. but thats as far as i can get. i still cant see thru my eyelids with my third eye |

dont open your eyes, dont try to open your third eye, itl open when it opens. maaabey turning the inner sound to Om might help. anyways, when it opens, its as if you really did open your eyes, except! that you didnt open them, youll go wait, did i?
think of astral projection as "slipping out" of your body, you must literally relax yourself outta your body, slipping, as in becomeing so relaxed, you just slip out :p |
