gold can mean two things. gold is the color of our astral body, whenever i am out of my body and look at my hands or leg they have this gold tint to it, kind of like a glowing. Whenever I see things from the astral plane on this plane, they have that gold tint as well.
then there is cleaning your energy while concentrating on the color gold--for all the energy workers out there picture your aura gold and you will feel an immense heat on you as if you were on fire. picture sending it to someone else and they will feel this fire. Gold is supposed to clear out all the fear out of someone's system. I think the color gold has a higher frequency and that it is how it works, doesn't mean you are injured if you feel this heat. Wink

a few weeks ago, one night when i woke up feeling a great deal of energy, i remember looking in a full length mirror and seeing my aura--white all around me. i focused on it and made it increase in size, just to make sure that is what it was i was seeing, it did increase in size.

A golden light meditation is a very powerful way of opening up my "kundalini rising" and all of my chakras, so I agree.
