I am completely sold on one's ability to manifest their desires but, which is more effective, buying software for remote influence or using a radionics machine. I welcome all replies...

You can buy them at lots of different web sites like http://xtrememind.com , http://higherpowertech.com/ , and lots of others...

You can also build your own, it would cost you around $20-40 but would be just as effective as the ones sold on web sites.
