I read a while ago on here about an instant meditation audio (probably using binural beats). I think there was a link posted here that said something about it being tested by a University and some said that they felt themselves go into REM after about 10 seconds on using it. If anyone has any information on this I will be very greatful. I'm interested if it's as powerful as they say it is. I may actually buy it if I have enough money.

I think you are referring to Quantum Mind Power (The Morry Method) Program claims to use more than binural beats, i.e. isochronic tones. http://www.quantam-mind-power.com

Thanks a lot for the link. By the way it's "quantum" not "quantam" I don't know why I never came across that page before.
I'm not sure if it's the same one but it seems very similar. Binaural beats really do seem quite inferior to the other techniques used. I think I'll do a bit of reading about isochronic tones. I've recently spent a bit of money but maybe I'll be able to gather some more for this.
