Hello ALL,
I have been using Nlp, EFT, Sedona method and some energy excerises to get rid of my negative emotions and energy inside me with some success. But, I feel there are still some old deep rooted negative patterns and past hidden in me that are holding me back to manifest what I want in my life or slowing down the manifestation process. 
What are some good ways to REALLY GET RID OF all the negative energy, patterns, emotions inside my unconscious, so I can 100% focus on my desires.  
I'm also preparing to clean my chakas as well to see if it can help me.

try reframing which is basically asking the blocker feeling (back tension, feeling of uneasiness, nervousness, fear, anger, etc...) to take you back to an earlier time when the same bodily feeling was present, then reframing or rewriting the memory in ways that you desire, then telling your unconscious to handle it in that way
