Well, ive had a few people tell me my energy level is kinda abnormal , and rather different from others. The type of energy as well. This MAY be the reason i don't really feel alot of effects from energy works. Could anyone scan my energy and try to explain what is with me? thanks =D

well I do think you need to clean your aura... try burning some white sage. Everyone has a different feel to them its their personal signature.

In what field do you work or study? Are you most of the time surrounded by noise and heavy metal structures?

Your environment can influence your ability to feel energy. But, if you have a stuborn energy level, you first need to amplify your energy level, then to put willpower in it, and then stop drasticaly and pay attention to what you feel. Rise and repeat for 30 minutes.

For example, point your right hand, fingers flat, to your left palm. Try to push as much energy as you can by visualizing it and wanting it badly. Enrage yourself if it helps. then stop drasticaly and pay attention while keeping a silent mental attitude.
