Okay so this seems to be on a major scale where it seem impossible but I am sure it IS possible. I made paper move with visualising energy going through it. Id be very cool to just be able to move stuff by pointing at them.

i am happy to see that some of you can move things with your mind,i would like to say that iff you want better results you need MORE energy and MORE controlle over it,i think that it is safe to assume that you meditate,this is paromount,one point meditation(deep belly breathing)most people think that they are meditating but you must breath a certain way rythmically and focus on your center of gravity(hara,sacrel chackra)two to three inches below your belly button,this draws more ki(chi,prana)out of the air and stores it in your hara,which is the main storage erea for ki,ki is how psychic powers are realised,tk.,many people would argue that psychic and psi are differant but it is not,the only differance is the energies(ki) must be refined once cultivated through meditation,it is very true that it takes dedication that in this society we can hardly afford,there are many types of meditation but these(one point)meditations are the prewiquisit--deep belly breathing--reverse deep belly breathing--once you can do that fore thirty minuts and feel the energy sensations start working with your chackras, they are also key to develop those powers,since they store and refine ki,(you must do special exorsises to refine the energy)(ki)just study the terms i have soken of on google and then put it to work.------microcosmic orbit---macrocosmic orbit---chi gung--oriental occultism holds all the secrets to being psychic and doing things like telekenesis,not many have the dedication,patience,and persaverance to do these things,there really is no fast way,hope you achieve your goals/dreams.

wow, it`s great to hear that u can move things wz ur mind. been trying myself using hand or mind, but yet to achieve it, maybe due to lack of meditation.

well thanx, its indeed difficult to do this considering living in a big city.

but sure it takes times. but i know so far that i could use my energy to slightly push people, but only once in a while, close-up.
