| I'm just wondering... knowing that I must KNOW I can manifest something, and I KNOW that I can... why do I still have something like a mental block? It's like something is stopping me from that epiphany-type moment where I become 100% fully open to this. |

meditation, visualization and affirmations... and nothing replaces practice practice practice.
What I like to do is say Thank you to spirit for whatever I want. It one way to manifest what you want being thankful that you already have it. I don't think you can be anymore positive than that.
I'm starting to think we should have a FAQ section... |

Compared to everything I've tried, something called "reframing" in psychology is the best. Its basically you trace back the bodily feelings associated with the negative feeling or "blocker" to the very earliest memory and replace the memory....nothing compares to it from my experience
