Hi,
I'm new to this forum and from what I've read a lot of these things that you perform or conduct....kinesis etc. require heavy concentration and practice. I am having a lot of stress with my mom for the past 8-9 months, and it is very difficult for me to concentrate at all anywhere. Does anyone have any advice on helping me concentrate? Much appreciated.

You have to practice..
I would try this simple exercise:
Sit down and get comfortable in a place that is quiet with no disturbances and concenetrate on your breathing.
Do 3 sets of 10 as you inhale count to 4 then exhale and count to 4 then inhale again, just keep your mind on your breathing. Other thoughts will pop into your mind, but don't entertain them just let them go, just be aware that they were there and continue with your breathing. In the begining you may only be able to do 1 set of 10 which is fine. Do what you are comfortable with and eventually work up to 3 sets. This isn't a race, take your time with practice you will get better and better.
If you have any questions ask. |

Great suggestion, I couldn't have said it better myself. |
