Ok yd , in case you are wondering why you are doing those general practices . It is to prepare you for psychic calibration exercises .
So lets start with some long term goals . We will work on your telepathy and precogntion , to the point of tranceiving thoughts and dreams and predicting the lottery , sport scores , and stock info , finding missing people for rewards, etc

Now these calibration exercises will require another person . You can do them in any order or do something similar if the inspiration comes to you .

The subject is in another room wearing headphones listening to music on the radio . You are in another room with pen and paper . At a designated time you start listing the songs they are hearing . The subject should also write down the songlist for recordkeeping .

The subject is in another room with a deck of playing cards , and you are in another room , sensing whether the card is red or black . With enough practice you can do the value of the card .

Another experiment you can do is put a list of questions on a paper, and the subject thinks about the answer like one of their pets , first loves , favorite foods , special memories, vacations , etc . You could even have the questions on individual slips of paper , and the subject draws them randomly out of a hat .

The subject goes to a library and reads something for an hour , preferably something they enjoy reading , and you sense what they read .

The subject goes to a random location , and you sense where they end up . In this phase I would suggest you use a subject you have rapport .

Another thing you want to do is think about something you are good at . Like if you are a pretty good bowler or you have a knack for finding stuff etc
Then anchor that emotional / mental state and switch it on before you do your psychic stuff .
