| I heard about this a long time ago, and i asked my mom about it. she simply said it was crap. ever since, i have been eager to learn. I need step by step info on how to complete this action. i will not give up untill i get outta my body. Please help me with this, thnx. |

I mentioned this just recently in another topic on here but here goes.
download or buy a copy of Initiation Into Hermetics by Franz Bardon. It's a complete system, going from meditation, elemental energy work, and eventually astral travel and greater things. You can find some e-books at www.satanicsingles.com/library.jsp and I.I.H. is one of them.
Your name, "magicbean" is very telling. Your skills aren't going to grow into a giant beanstalk overnight. It'll take a lot of time and practice and you'll have to decide for yourself what's worth it in the long run, and the process of unfolding just keeps going on.
