You can't go wrong with filling a glass with water and doing a "connection" style meditation on it.
Focus into it, feel yourself as the water.
Be the water.
You may also want to do some energy building type exercises and combine them with the connection exercises.
Google, Robert Bruce and look up his New Energy Ways system book. He used to have it online for free and may still do so. |
