Hi!

I'm sorry to start off quite negatively, i do not want to send out any negative feelings or energies to this wonderful forum!

For so many years ive been struggling with health issues mainly skin problems - eczema - and the funny thing is everytime i want to cure i get knocked down by my habitual ways of life.. living in a very lazy manner ...

As aristotle said, exellence is not an act but a habit .... therefore much of my thoughts have been geared towards creating good health, mainly physicially and mentally because without a clear sense of mind i cannot reach higher levels of spirituality... i'm lost with determination and willpower and sometimes lost the feeling of existence....

I believed for quite a while that as i feel i'm good with people, i'm born to make people happy and laughing... it just comes natural to me, however, what others don't understand is the pain and stuggling i'm having... i need energy that will bring me doing cleanses on a weekly or at least monthly basis. with that energy i can actually live life being my true self.

please give me guidance in whether the path(mindset, goals...) im taking now is correct or not... and how i should overcome this problem of laziness in getting what is best for my health. (no more eating junk foods!)

just out of curiosity, the more i feel depressed, the more i think that something from my past life has contributed this.. karma maybe?
