Hi,
I would like to have a reading since I have being constructing our 3 floor premise with my brother in law for nearly 4 years and things come to get troubbled because he seems to be not on willing to continue, and I offered buying his share last year but he asked too much for that and I didn`t have the money. Now I have a part of the money to offer buying his share again this end-of-year. Then I want to be prepared for the negotiations. I need a reading on this. thank you.
