Hello

I suffered the two biggest losses of my life in the past two years.
The first one, while hard to deal with, I had to accept. The second one, about 8-9 months ago, has been the hardest blow yet. I keep wishing and waiting for things to change but I feel powerless and it has taken over my life, so much so that I seem to care about very little else (and I am not normally the overly dramatic "whaa whaa my life is over" kind)

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated
