For sure it can. A lot of people have used psychic skill, magic and visualization as an aid to changing the body, healing etc.

like I said, you just need to concentrate all of your excess energy torwards your goal. Just do some meditations, and visualize all of your energy flowing torwards your head from your chakras. Then imagine it seeping out or your scalp, stimulationg your hair roots to grow.

you might also try prayer, it would work better Smile
