I have been struggling for the past two years. I was arrested, lost my job and have had no income.

I was very successful prior to this, but feel worthless now.

I have bouts of depression, loss of sexual desire, poor posture from inactivity (giving me back pain), hair loss.

Is there any good outlook? Sad Confused
