If possible, I would like to have the magic person, pill, process, etc. that can solve my depression now and forever. I need that the solution be easily accessible, affordable, and legal.
I have tried every type of self help I can think of: books, CDs, meditations, prayer, brainwave entrainment, dietary supplements, amino acids, and, OF COURSE, multiple trials of prescription antidepressants. Admittantly, I'm in a tough living situation right now (have 2-year-old triplets and am a stay at home mom), but this has been an issue since I was a child. I have difficulty in the "belief" portion of the Law of Attraction formula.
